Well, I'm rolling the idea around in this cavernous head of mine.  I think I need more time to examine this new, and fresh round of decision makers.  I mean, yeah, anything-- anything, including any sort of primate, is better than Georgie.  I mean the rotting skeletal remains of Reagan or, even his spaced out wife, are better than what we have goin' on now.  So, until then, I think I'll just make fun of everyone and probably in the end I'll have to pick the one that I've poked the most fun.  Or, when election time rolls around, I could be irresponsible and just stay at home and eat pizza. 

I really do think Hillary is a power hungry squirrel packing up the 'ol lies in the cheeks before the election rolls around.  Clinton holds to some sort of, "put me in a trance and make me feel good" aura.  All the ladies are just giddy right now at her "intelligence" and occasional teary eye at the cafe table.  Let's not forget about the wonder years when her husband, who is now sittin' atop her shoulder like a Reese monkey, was president.  That helps a lot. Oh, the economy was sooo good back then.  So what?  I mean come one!  Look around-- where's the suffering?  It must be hiding because I don't see anybody suffering from any economy.  I mean the whole country is one big, fat, comfy sow.  And what are these liberals gonna do?  Reinvent the Middle Class?  Whatever.  There is no Middle Class.  Fuck the Middle Class!  It's time to look at reality here.  We, the people, the poor people, need someone to see us for once.  Dammit!  I don't care what anyone says, no fireside liberal or conservative is gonna understand that day to day reality even if, they were once upon a time, in the gutter.

Right now, Obama seems like he's leading some sort of pep rally, not saying anything really substantive just roundin' everyone up-- gathering those who don't have time to think-- which for many of us is just a reality these days.  "Go, go Americans!  It's time for a change!!! Yay!!!"  Duh.

McCain, well, he seems like a relatively dignified old man with a story or two to tell.  But then again, some things "trigger" the war and he won't hesitate I'm sure to tell someone to, fuck off, what do you know I've been to hell!  That might be somewhat refreshing on occasion, but such instability in public settings could get scary.  I guess we can salute him for being himself (or on a negative note someone who is somewhere else that we'd rather not think about being).  I think he's banking on his experience, but many war veterans, unfortunately, are scarred.  I wonder if he has the stamina for this?  I mean, he might get into office and do a complete personality switch.  Oh wait a minute-- don't most of them do that?  So why am I wasting my time waffling about the candidates?  I should just pick the one with the best hair.

Huckabee?  Nice man.

Edwards?  Hmmmm.  Smogless sun setting, ahhh yes, pass me the pecan pie and a nice tall glass of Tetley.

Giuliani?  Spaghetti?

Thompson?  Perverted Reagan wanna-be.

Romney?  Romney who?  Who is this guy?  Don't know and don't care.

So, that's kinda where I am in a nutshell pretty much.  I don't label myself as a party-hearty Democrat or Republican.  I simply want to pick the individual whom I think is the better choice-- not the one and only it's gotta be this one choice because I'm not so sure there is such a thing.  I know I am somewhat lame.  Nothing here suggests that I'm substantive.  These are the early stages of our decisions and their acting careers.  It's gonna get nasty. 

I wouldn't put it past Bill Clinton to hire a hit-man to kill Obama before it's all over and done.  At least that will eliminate one choice.  One thing I do know is that I don't like cut-throat attitudes (like I should talk?).  It's one thing to make implications without naming names and getting personal.  But I don't think it says much about those candidates who are at each other's throats.  Stop calling each other names, get off the merry-go-round, shut the hell up, and state the facts.  Hillary and her husband make it quite clear they are out for power.  That doesn't make them any better than, say, Georgie.  Bill is the last person who should accuse ANYONE, of living in a fantasy-- uh hello? Monica? Shall we forget?  Fantasy boy actually lived out his dreams.  What would really be funny is if this is all Hillary's ploy to get in office so she can have some butt boy come in and lay her out in the oval room.

I know, I'm an ass.  It's just hard for me to not get cynical.

Yeah, and while you sit in your little cozy bubble by the fire with your little creative bows and ribbons...

Sure, it’s kinda cool that we have a woman running for president.  I think it’s long past due for a woman to try out for the presidency.  However, when listening to Hillary speak, I hear anything but a female.  When she’s not behind the podium, I hear a monotone, asexual, feel-good infomercial.  And when she’s surrounded by supporters in public places, like a church, I hear an aggressive dictator chopping the air with her man-hand.  In one moment, I’m feeling I could kiss her and tell her how good she makes me feel as my eyes begin to glaze over and I reach for a cookie.  In another moment, I take the cowboy stance, my fist is shaking at the air and I have to get a hold of myself—very scary.  Her patronizing tone suggests we’re a bunch of refugees looking to escape from some planet where we’ve been held captive for several years.  (True, the Bush years have been nothing short of an experience ala Planet of the Apes, but Mrs. Clinton’s hug-n-shove “You’ve all been victimized and I’m here to save you” attitude is nauseating.)  Once I’ve come to my senses, I just want to slap her lyin’ lips.  For those of us with a brain, do we really need to be reminded of what we’re missing?  Duh!

I would have a lot more respect for her if she weren’t the slithering weasel she is, riding her husband’s coattails.  And boy, what a hunk of a right-hand-man he is.  I mean, what kind of moron would have stayed with that Micky D’s munchin’ Bill Clinton?  Not a woman who has “arrived” in my mind.  I can’t respect an idiot.  Am I to believe she’s real?  Has anybody been online to her, “Let’s Have a Conversation” club?  It’s like I’m expecting her to whip out a handbag or bracelet—not at all serious or convincing; again, my eyes glaze over and my mouth begins to drool.  Help—somebody get us out of this madness!!!
